    This class has it all - strength, balance, brain games and flexibility for anyone who knows the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable as we age actively! This class is included in the monthly Group Fitness Membership or you can pay separately for the 5 week session. See the Parks and Rec office. Silver Sneakers members are free. Bring your card!
