A proposal by Pam Cook, owner of PF Cook Brick Company, Inc. on Ehrman Road, to re-designate three acres of her company’s property currently zoned I-L or Industrial Light, to R-1 Residential, has taken a significant step ahead. The change would enable the wooded site, which is adjacent to several other residentially zoned properties in a part of the Township that has grown increasingly residential, to accommodate a private home. At the May 1 Board of Supervisors meeting, in keeping with state requirements, authorization to advertise the change and consider it for adoption on June 5, was approved.
