Beginner Pickleball Development & Early Player Development Program
We have developed our beginner pickleball program eliminating the PB-1 and replacing it with “Beginners Pickleball Development”. This new program consists of a total of 5.5+ hours of training over 4 classes. The first clinic will be one hour to teach you the basic skills of pickleball and the strategy using a first shot, second shot & third shot analysis. This will be a hands on with an instructor helping you to build a solid foundation to build your PB skills. This program also includes three more Early Player Development 1.5 hours of classes held on Sundays at either 3:30pm or 5PM. These classes will allow you to play with others of similar level while an experienced player overlook and give input to your game. As you develop your game we will move you up to match your skills with others of similar skills. Bring your paddles or borrow one of our demo models. (We no longer give a paddle away to reduce the cost of this program) This program includes
Program Fee: $67 Resident Discount Fee: $59 (includes the clinic and three additional EPD classes)
"The Beginners Clinic was beyond my expectations! It was so organized. Materials were given to participants even before the clinic and they were really beneficial. The instructors were so knowledgeable, patient and eager to teach. I truly learned a great deal. But most importantly, I had a lot of fun!!" - Joan Gohh
Don't want to wait for one of the classes above or prefer to have a private clinic just with your own family or friends? We now offer outdoor private clinics for up to 4 students.
The format of the private two-hour clinic is almost identical to the public session but is held on the outdoor courts and is taught by a skilled CTPA member. The session includes everything in the listed above .
Contact us HERE to set up a time and day to hold the private clinic. Once the clinic is completed, you will then be entered into the Early Player Development Program for your additional sessions. EPD are not private sessions but played with others. The prices below are to be paid by one person and not split into multiple payments based on the number of students involved.
