Schedules run through Court Reserve. When you become a member, we will invite you to register and enter a password. New members, please see the tab on left for more details.

CTPA Club Rating     

Promotion Evaluation: CTPA uses Promotional Evaluation for members to obtain a CTPA Club rating or to advance to the next level. We do not accept any other ratings to obtain a club level.  If you are a new member, you have 45 days from joining to declare a higher rating and be evaluated at that higher level.  Please read the link below for more details and a list of questions and answers.

Temporary or Injury Rating Reduction: A member can ask for a temporary rating reduction WITHOUT impacting their Club Rating in cases of injury or other reasons. At any time the member can ask to have their original rating restored WITHOUT having to go through the Promotion Evaluation process.

Passes for Guests of Members

Only members can buy a guest pass for a non-member

  • Log onto Court Reserve for the day you are planning to have the guest and go to 9 p.m.
  • Register and pay ($5) for one guest pass bought prior to arriving on the courts.  If you are planning to have more than one guest, you will need other members to buy a pass for the other guests, or buy another guest pass the day after.  
  • You must buy the guest pass BEFORE the event. There are no free guest passes.  If you have guest on the court that does not have a CR guest pass they/you will gave to buy one for $7.
  • Your name should appear on the 9 p.m. Purchase Guest Pass event so people know you bought the pass.

INDOOR PLAY-Guest: Only indoors you do not need to have a guest fee for seasonal courts & RAC, but YOU MUST be on the court.   You cannot rent a court for nonmembers,   One player on the court needs to be a CTPA member..

Passes For Out-of-Town Visitors

Due to the way courts are scheduled, drop-ins are typically not available. However, email Contact@CTPApickleball.com and we will try to do our best to accommodate or suggest other places to play. A guest pass is $7.

Outdoor & Indoor Reserve a Courts

You cannot rent a court for your children, relatives, or any other nonmembers without you playing with them.    For outdoor courts if you want  four nonmembers to play together on a court, then they need to have them go to the check-in facilty and pay the nonmember rate for the courts, assuming availability. 

Getting Involved - Volunteers Needed

CTPA is entirely made up of volunteers who are devoted to pickleball and want to build a better association and facility. Volunteers are needed to assist as Session Coordinators, Level Coordinators, Communications, Early Learners & Advance Beginner Coordinators, Promotional Evaluation Controls, Social Media Communications, Special Events Coordinators, and more. Pickleball Court Policy and Etiquette

  • Tops/shirts are required.  Non-marking tennis or pickleball shoes are required.
  • No tennis or other non-pickleball racquet/paddles.
  • Playing music is not a right - if someone asks you to turn off the music, you must turn it off.   
  • Please be kind and polite to all members and guests.    Why be mean it gives pickleball a bad name.
  • Please remove your empty bottles and  other trash.   
  • Pets are not permitted
  • If your ball goes on another court and is not going to interfer with their play, please wait until their point is done before going on the court.
  • Use good sportsmanship.   Make fair ball calls and consider a redo on the point if your opponents objects to your call.

Not Permitted:  

  • No offensive, racist, sexist, or other inappropriate images or words on clothing.    
  • No swearing, arguing, or intimidating threats.   
  • No verbal threats or offensive gestures.
  • First Offense is a verbal or email warning. Second offense is removal as a member for one year.             

Your Membership

Memberships are not refundable for any reason. CTPA membership is good for outdoor play from mid-April to mid-October. Winter Play is pay-as-you-go for all indoor play. Outdoor courts may be available for use from mid-October to mid-April but are not guaranteed. Being a current CTPA member allows for better booking opportunities. Membership is based on a calendar year.

Refund Policy: You can cancel from most Court Reserve events for full credit. Credit will be applied to your account and not back to your credit card. This includes events that are cancelled due to weather, events cancelled because there are not enough people signed up to hold the event, if an instructor becomes ill, or any other items not listed. Club credit can be used for any Court Reserve fee event, lessons, clinic, memberships, etc. If you decide not to renew your membership  and you still have club credit, the Township will issue a check at that time.

DISCOUNT TO PICKLEBALL CENTRAL:    As a reminder, your Club Rewards Code is:    CRCranTWP     This will give you a 5% discount on your total purchase and  an additional 5% goes to the club.
